Due to the specialized nature of the products sold by Sci Life LLC, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on shipped orders under any circumstances other than verified shipping damage, as outlined below.
Sci Life LLC supplies laboratory research peptides and related materials that require strict handling, storage, and chain-of-custody standards. For safety, compliance, and quality-control reasons, we do not accept returned products once they have left our possession. This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind
Ordering errors
Improper storage after delivery
Refusal of delivery
Attempts to return opened, used, or tampered products
Once an order is shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded only if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped. Once a shipping confirmation has been generated or the order has been handed off to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order arrives with vials that are physically broken during transit, Sci Life LLC will review the issue for a possible replacement or refund of the affected items only.
To be eligible for consideration:
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
You must provide clear, unedited photographs of:
The damaged vial(s)
The original packaging
The shipping box and protective materials
Only vials that are verifiably broken due to carrier damage will be considered. Cosmetic issues, minor packaging imperfections, temperature exposure claims, or unsubstantiated damage reports do not qualify.
Sci Life LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent claims.
Any evidence of:
Deliberate damage
Tampering after delivery
Altered or manipulated images
Reused or staged damage photos
Inconsistent or falsified claims
will result in immediate denial of the refund request and may lead to account restriction or permanent refusal of future service.
We take product integrity seriously and will not refund or replace items damaged due to customer mishandling or intentional actions.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
Unbroken vials
Claims submitted outside the required time window
Insufficient or unclear documentation
Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Improper storage after delivery
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
All refund or replacement determinations are made solely at the discretion of Sci Life LLC after review of submitted documentation. Our decision is final.
